1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 88star ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 88star website at 88star.org, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 88star platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

By accepting these Terms you also confirm your acceptance of 88star's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 88star.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain a valid 88star account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 88star enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification of identity.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the platform.
3. You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on 88star.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 88star or any of its affiliated companies, game suppliers, or service providers.
5. You must not have been previously self-excluded from 88star or have an active exclusion from any related platform with which 88star has a mutual exclusion agreement.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.

One account per person is permitted on 88star. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances therein may be voided at 88star's sole discretion.

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, 88star will create a single account in your name that serves as the central point of access for all platform features, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, lottery, deposit and withdrawal functions, bonus tracking, and responsible gaming tools.

Your account responsibilities include the following:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential and not sharing them with any third party under any circumstances.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person, including minors, has access to your device while your 88star session is active.

4 KYC Identity Verification

As an internationally licensed gaming platform, 88star is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. All users must complete identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed, and 88star reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.

Acceptable KYC documentation for Pakistani users includes:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence (current and valid).

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 88star are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88star does not require currency conversion and does not charge conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• EasyPaisa — instant deposits; withdrawals typically processed within 30 minutes.
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfers processed within one business day.

• Meezan Bank — bank transfers processed within one business day.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 88star account. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on the bonus offer page or in the promotional communication.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific game contribution rates are stated within each bonus offer's terms.

Any player found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses cancelled, any resulting winnings voided, and their account reviewed for potential suspension.
6. Right to Withdraw: 88star reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account before the change takes effect.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 88star's sportsbook and all wagers made on casino games, slots, and lottery products are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time the bet or wager is placed. The following general principles apply across all 88star betting and gaming products:

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, a bet or wager cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the player except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market. The availability of cash-out is determined by 88star at its sole discretion and may be suspended at any time.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: 88star reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error or human input error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account without the addition of any winnings.

8 Responsible Gaming

88star is unconditionally committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable, recreational activity — and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools that help players stay in control. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all 88star users:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before they activate.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 88star platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one 88star account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or at any time thereafter.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a person under 21.
• Colluding with other players in any betting market, casino game, or tournament.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other third-party application to gain an advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered bug must be reported to 88star and will be voided if not reported promptly.
• Money laundering or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime. 88star complies with international AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Charging back a deposit through your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining winnings generated from that deposit. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery proceedings for any associated winnings paid out.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with 88star staff or other platform users through any channel.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88star platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88star or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any 88star intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 88star content without prior written authorisation from 88star. Scraping of odds data, game content, or any other platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

Game titles, artwork, and audio-visual content made available through the 88star platform remain the intellectual property of the respective game studios and are licensed to 88star for display within the platform only. No user acquires any rights to third-party game content by virtue of playing on 88star.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88star's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 88star account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88star shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether 88star was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from system downtime, server maintenance, or technical interruptions outside 88star's reasonable control.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet providers, or banking institutions failing to process transactions correctly or on time.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses from account suspension as a result of a Terms breach.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

12 Privacy & Data

88star collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, 88star collects the following categories of personal data from registered users:

• Identity data (name, date of birth, CNIC or passport number).
• Contact data (mobile number, email address, residential address).
• Financial data (payment method details, transaction history).
• Technical data (IP address, device identifiers, session logs).

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the 88star platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.

14 Termination & Account Closure

Closure by you: You may close your 88star account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance in your account will be refunded to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements associated with active bonuses. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or AML concerns may not be immediately closeable.

Suspension or closure by 88star: 88star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, exploitation of system errors, or money laundering.
• Account found to have been registered by or accessed by a person under 21 years of age.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Chargeback activity against deposits made to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms fraudulent or abusive activity, the balance may be permanently forfeited. Where no wrongdoing is found, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 88star's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause is intended to limit any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 88star regarding any matter covered by these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Direct Resolution: Contact 88star's support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 88star aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete complaint.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the direct resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to 88star's licensing authority's official dispute resolution channel. Details of the applicable process will be provided upon escalation.
3. Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through the above steps, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified by 88star's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that any claim arising from your use of the 88star platform must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred and 88star will not be obligated to respond to or settle them.
